Calvary on Aimwell is a fellowship that is striving to be a New Testament church in the 21st century. It is the goal of this body of believers to follow the Biblical example of what the church is. All too often, churches become influenced by tradition that has been established by their denominations. This church is not against tradition; it's against anything that hinders the cause of Jesus Christ. We attempt to offer, from the purest sense of the work, ministry that is relevant to the times in which we live. The Bible is our "ministry manual". This fellowship is not big on programs, but is big on ministry that helps individual lives to be enriched by Jesus Christ. Truly the experience of Calvary on Aimwell is refreshingly different. When you enter the worship service it is, without a doubt, an atmosphere that Gods Spirit is present. There is an air that God is in the house and His Spirit is at work in the lives of His people. All of the music as well as Pastor Green's messages are visualized by Power-Point presentations. Pastor Green teaches God's Word in such a way that young people as well as senior adults are challenged to take the truth that has been taught, apply it, and most importantly put it into practice. Pastor Green often says we are not Christians because we attend church but because we've accepted Christ as our Savior and for that reason our christianity is practiced not only at church but also more significantly in the world.
